BUSINESS CONSULTING and ADVISORY
Provide guidance and support to business in diversity programs both nationally and internationally:
*Assessment, design and monitoring practices to implement equal opportunities and optimize talent in organizations
*Training managers on gender issues
*Knowledge and incorporation of WEPS into the corporate structure (Women Empowerment Principles) rules of the United Nations.
i) Pills or short sessions , with specific targets developed together with the Client Company to identify and promote the development of specific attitudes of leadership in a Company policy or gender awareness in the management team.
ii)Design-with the Client Company-of programs to identify, manage, and enhance the talents of professional women, and implementation of the programs;
iii) Development of sponsorship programs (internal or crossed )of executives with great talent and potential.
