BUSINESS CONSULTING and ADVISORY
Provide guidance and support to business in diversity programs both nationally and internationally:
*Assessment, design and monitoring practices to implement equal opportunities and optimize talent in organizations
*Training managers on gender issues
*Knowledge and incorporation of WEPS into the corporate structure (Women Empowerment Principles) rules of the United Nations.
i) Pills or short sessions , with specific targets developed together with the Client Company to identify and promote the development of specific attitudes of leadership in a Company policy or gender awareness in the management team.
ii)Design-with the Client Company-of programs to identify, manage, and enhance the talents of professional women, and implementation of the programs;
iii) Development of sponsorship programs (internal or crossed )of executives with great talent and potential.
* PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Women Development management skills, innovative leadership, networking and visibility.
Individual work sessions in very small groups, or in-house conferences , designed to suit every professional profile.
Organization of Forum and Meetings with opinion leaders, “role models” and top-level speakers on topics related to women in business and as an entrepreneur. We promote and drive new models and sharing of best business practices, awareness and motivation in leadership and enthusiasm in the audience.
